GIFT ANNUITY SET UP AND IMPLEMENTATION  SERVICES

• Assistance with proper registration of Gift Annuity Program.
• Implementation assistance of Gift Annuity Agreement with the donor.
• Administration set-up and presentation of procedure manual.  

GIFT ANNUITY ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION SERVICES

• Assist in development of marketing materials to encourage donor participation.
• Maintain individual donor sub-account, including donor GA agreement information, GA investments, donor contributions and GA distribution to annuitants.
• Monitor and report GA income and disbursement activity, including check distribution, if required.
• Monitor donor GA compliance with the charitable organization’s GA policy

GIFT ANNUITY CLIENT COMMUNICATION SERVICES

• Prepare and file IRS Forms 1096 and 1099-R for the charitable organization’s gift annuitants.  
• Prepare GA annual reserve and other required calculations for charitable organizations.
• Produce GA charitable contribution receipt letters and process charitable remainder distributions.
• Tax deduction calculation for donors and their advisors.
